The Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office in San Francisco is currently looking for a bilingual (English-French) Executive Assistant to support the team part-time.

The ideal candidate is efficient, team player, proactive, organized and communicative. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assistant to the Executive Director
  • Coordinate and organize domestic and international travel
  • Manage the office’s incoming correspondence and prioritize competing requests
  • Accounting
  • Budget planning and management
  • Office management
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Manage contact databases
  • Backup for consular affairs

Qualifications required for this position are as follow:

  • Bilingual in French and English and have excellent writing skills in French
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skills required
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong aptitude for learning independently
  • Able to anticipate needs and act upon requests independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Experience managing budgets and accounting a plus
  • Knowledge of database management a plus
  • Work permit
